I’m finding out that if you spend the morning birding, you don’t get in much of a hike, or if you spend the morning hiking, you don’t get in much birding. So, we’re trying to mix them up a bit. After having a great birding day yesterday we tapped today as a hike day, and set our sights on the Bishop Peak Trail. This photo is taken from the saddle between two of the spires.
