Merry Christmas

Just took this photo of a male Purple Finch at our feeder this afternoon.  It's color seems to be the most Christmasy I could probably find, so Merry Christmas!

    The perfect Christmas 'card'. We are trying to identify a group of ducks we have watched several times this week at a new golf course, they have a light colored crown similar to your picture of the wigeon & they make more of a peep sound rather than a traditional quack, sound familiar?
